Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
House consider the Senate message (page 3915) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 367 am                                                         
"An Act relating to part-time public school students; and providing           
for an effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate                
amendment to HB 367 am, thus adopting SCS HB 367(FIN), and                     
recommended that the members vote yes.                                         
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment

effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
